Govt allocates Rs 10.48 billion budget to Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supplies

KATHMANDU: The government has allocated Rs 10.48 billion to the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supplies.

Presenting the budget for the next fiscal year 2022/ 23, Finance Minister Janardhan Sharma said that foreign investment and investment of non-resident Nepalis will be brought into manufacturing and export-oriented industries.

He said that Rs 3.79 billion has been allocated for the construction of industrial infrastructures.
