Government postpones 9th National Games

KATHMANDU: The government has postponed the 9th National Games.

The National Sports Council said that the National Games, which were scheduled to be held from June 5-11 in Pokhara, will be held in the third week of October.

A Cabinet meeting held on Tuesday decided to postpone the games.

Now, the games will be held from October 14-20.

It has been learnt that 36 games will be included in the 9th National Games this time.
