Bodh Bikram GC of UML elected chairman in Chingadh Rural Municipality of Surkhet

KATHMANDU: Bodh Bikram GC of CPN-UML has been elected as the of chairman of Chingadh Rural Municipality of Surkhet which is regarded as the stronghold of Nepali Congress.

He defeated Dor Prasad Sharma of Nepali Congress with 61 votes.

Similarly, Mina Kumari Rokaya of UML has been elected as the vice-chairperson of the rural municipality. she defeated Man Maya Acharya of Nepali Congress.
