Govt decides to grant two days public holiday a week from May 15 

KATHMANDU: The government has decided to give two days of public holiday in a week from May 15.

A cabinet meeting held on Tuesday made the decision to this effect.

As per the decision, Nepal will have two days of public holiday in week.

The government has also extended office hours from 9: 30 am to 5:30, government spokesperson and Minister for Communication and Information Technology Gyanendra Bahadur Karki said.

Earlier, the Nepal Oil Corporation had proposed the government to grant two days of public holiday in  week.
