Chiribabu Maharjan files nomination for mayoral post in Lalitpur

KATHMANDU: Chiribabu Maharjan has filed his nomination for the post of mayor in Lalitpur Metropolitan City from the Nepali Congress.

Maharjan got the ticket to contest for the post of mayor in Lalitpur as per the agreement reached among the ruling parties.

Likewise, Baburam Bajracharya has filed his candidacy for the post of deputy mayor from the CPN (Maoist Centre).
