NEPSE surges 4.94 points on Thursday

KATHMANDU: The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) surged 4.94 points to close at 2325.45 points on Thursday.

Similarly, the sensitive index rose 2.06 points to close at 443.14 points.

A total of 3,991,051 units of the shares of 231 companies were traded at Rs 1.62 billion.

Likewise, all the sub-indices saw green except for Banking, Trading, Finance, Non-Life Insurance and Mutual Fund in today’s market.

Meanwhile, Green Ventures Limited (GVL) and Jalpa Samudayik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (JALPA) was the top gainer today with their prices surging by 10 percent.

Ghalemdi Hydro Limited (GHL) was the top loser as its price fell by 6.30 percent.
