Judicial Council recommends transfer of 87 judges of High Court (With list)

KATHMANDU: The Judicial Council has recommended the transfer of 87 judges of the High Court.

A meeting of the Council held on Wednesday made the decision to recommend the transfer of 87 judges.

Similarly, the meeting has also decided to suggest the government to Patan High Court Judge Mahesh Prasad Pudasaini as the chairman of the military special court.

Patan High Court Judge Mahesh Sharma Paudel has been appointed as the chairman of the committee to hear the appeal against the order issued by the Kathmandu Valley Development Authority.

Likewise, the meeting has decided to suggest the government to appoint Biratnagar High Court Judge Basudev Acharya as the chairman of the labour court.
