NC appoints Gurung, Sherpa as President of Tarun Dal, NSU

KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress has appointed Bidwan Gurung as the President of Tarun Dal and Dujang Sherpa as the President of Nepal Student Union.

A Central Committee meeting of the party held on February 15 gave the authority to party President Sher Bahadur Deuba to form an ad hoc committee of the vacant and automatically dissolved organisations.

Deuba, using the same authority, appointed Gurung and Sherpa as President of Tarun Dal and Nepal Student Union respectively.
