KATHMANDU: The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) surged by 16.04 points to close at 2650.70 points on Tuesday.

Similarly, the sensitive index rose 3.03 points to close at 499.33 points. 

A total of 5,329,993 units of the shares of 235 companies were traded for Rs 2.5 billion.

Similarly, all the sub-indices saw green except for Trading,m Hydropower and Finance in today’s market.

At the end of the day, the total market capitalization stood at Rs 3.75 trillion.

Meanwhile, Emerging Nepal Limited (ENL) was the top gainer today with its price surging by 9.99 percent. Everest Insurance Company Limited Promoter Share (EICPO) was the top loser today as its price fell by 3.66 percent.
