Pokhariya municipality mayor Rauniyar joins NC

KATHMANDU: Mayor Deepnarayan Rauniyar of Pokhariya municipality of Parsa district joined the ruling Nepali Congress (NC) on Thursday.

During a program organized by the District Working Committee of NC, Prime Minister and Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba welcomed Mayor Rauniyar to the party.

Rauniyar was elected mayor of Pokhariya municipality from the local level election held on 2074 B.S.
