CPN (Maoist Centre) nominates 97 more central members
KATHMANDU: CPN (Maoist Centre) has nominated 97 persons in the Central Committee.
During a meeting of the Central Committee held on Monday, Party Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal proposed the names of 97 persons to be included in the Central Committee.
According to a central member, the names are being discussed in the Central Committee.
Dahal had also proposed the names of his daughter Ganga Dahal and son-in-law Jeevan Acharya for the central members.
The names of YCL Chairman Suman Devkota and Dahal’s personal secretary Ramesh Malla have also been nominated for the central members.
Earlier, the eighth general convention of the party held in December had nominated 247 central members.
