NEPSE drops 15.50 points on Wednesday

KATHMANDU: The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index plunged by 15.50 points to close at  2720.43 points on Wednesday.

Similarly, the sensitive index fell 5.22 points to close at 517.93.

A total of 6,247,774 units of the shares of 228 companies were traded for Rs 3.13 billion.

Likewise, all the sub-indices saw red today except for the Hydropower and Mutual fund.

At the end of the day, the total market capitalization stood at Rs 3.85 trillion.

Meanwhile, Dibyashwori Hydropower Ltd.(DHPL) and United IDI Mardi RB Hydropower Limited (UMRH) were the top gainers today with their prices surging by 10 percent each.
