Nepal records 476 fresh Covid-19 cases, 3 deaths on Tuesday

KATHMANDU: Nepal recorded 476 new cases of Covid-19 along with 3 deaths on Tuesday.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP), a total of 9,424 swab samples were tested in the last 24 hours.

The Ministry said that 6,606 tests were conducted in the RT-PCR, of which 299 returned positive.

Likewise, 2,820 underwent antigen tests, of which 177 returned positive.

Similarly, the Ministry said that 831 infected people recovered from the virus in the last 24 hours.

There are 10,747 new cases of Covid-19 as of today.
