NEPSE plunges by 19.84 points on Wednesday

KATHMANDU: The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) plunged by 19.84 points to close at 2734.44 points on Wednesday.

Similarly, the sensitive index fell 3.47 points to close at 518.66 points.

Likewise, all the sub-indices saw red except for Life Insurance and Others in today’s market.

A total of 5,652,182 units of the shares of 231 companies were traded for Rs 3.02 billion.

At the end of the day, the total market capitalisation stood at Rs 3.87 trillion.

Meanwhile, Everest Insurance Company Limited Promoter Share (EICPO) was the top loser today as its price fell by 5.96 percent. Gurans Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (GLBSL) was the top gainer today with its price surging by 3.44 percent.
