Nepal records 747 new cases of Covid-19, 8 deaths on Monday

KATHMANDU: Nepal recorded 747 new cases of Covid-19 along with 8 deaths on Monday.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP), a total of 6,279 tests were conducted through the RT-PCR method while 2,417 underwent antigen tests.

Similarly, the Ministry said that 2,319 infected people have recovered from the virus in the past 24 hours.

There are 20, 739 active cases of Covid-19 as of today.

A total of 216,181 people have been vaccinated against the virus in the last 24 hours.
