NEPSE plunges by 16.30 points on Tuesday

KATHMANDU: The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE ) plunged by 16.30 points to close at 2835.58 points on Tuesday.

Similarly, the sensitive index fell 2.82 points to close at 532.49 points.

A total of 12,053,751 units of shares of the 230 companies were traded for Rs 6.28 billion.

At the end of the day, the total market capitalisation stood at Rs 4.007 trillion.

Meanwhile, Everest Insurance Company Limited Promoter Share (EICPO) was the top gainer today with its price surging by 6.15 percent. Vijaya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd (VLBS) was the top loser as its price fell by 0.15 percent.
