CCMC recommends DAOs to lift odd-even rule from tomorrow

KATHMANDU: The Covid-19 Crisis Management Centre (CCMC) has recommended the District Administration Offices to lift odd-even vehicle rationing system enforced on private vehicles and taxis from tomorrow.

A meeting of the CCMC held on Sunday decided to recommend the concerned authorities to reopen schools, cinema halls and nighttime businesses from February 13.

The meeting also recommended the concerned authorities to allow nighttime businesses, gym halls, cinema halls and restaurants to open till 10 pm.

Similarly, the meeting has also urged the public to conduct the businesses adhering to safety health protocols.

All the three Chief District Officers (CDOs) of the Kathmandu Valley are preparing to hold a meeting today to issue the order recommended by the CCMC.
