Government announces public holiday on Sonam Lhosar

KATHMANDU: The government has declared a public holiday tomorrow on the occasion of Sonam Lhosar, a new year marked by the Tamang community.

A cabinet meeting held on Monday decided to give a public holiday across the country.

Issuing a statement today, the Ministry of Home Affairs informed about the holiday on the occasion.
