Nepal records 4,904 fresh covid-19 cases, 6 deaths on Saturday

KATHMANDU: Nepal has recorded as many as 4,904 news cases of covid-19 along with six deaths on Saturday.

A total of 14,562 tests were conducted in the last 24 hours of which 10,101 were PCR tests while 4,461 were antigen tests, as per the latest data provided by the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP).

Among 14,562 tests, 4,904 were tested positive for coronavirus.

According to the Ministry, 5,924 infected people recovered from the disease in the past 24 hours.

At present, there are currently 87, 329 active cases in the country.
