Government to open schools from Jan 30 to Feb 3 to administer Covid-19 vaccine

KATHMANDU: The government has decided to open schools from January 30 to February 3 to administer vaccine against Covid-19.

Home Ministry’s Disaster Management Division Chief Pradeep Kumar Koirala said the government has decided to open schools four days to administer the jabs.

A meeting of the Covid-19 Crises Management Centre (CCMC) held on Tuesday decided to open schools for four days, he said.

“The government has decided to open schools from January 30 to February 3 to administer the Covid-19 vaccine. We have decided to run a vaccination campaign at that time,” he said.
