Lahure remanded to police custody for eight days

KATHMANDU:  The District Court Kaski on Friday remanded four persons along with popular rapper Ashish Rana aka Lahure for eight days in police custody for further investigation.

Police on Wednesday caught Lahure red handed while he was buying brown sugar at New Road, Pokhara.

Police had also arrested three others along with Lahure from the site. It has been learnt that the police have also recovered small quantities of drugs from their rooms.

Rana, who gained fame through his rapping skills, is also a judge of popular reality show ‘Himalayan roadies’.
