Ram Saroj Yadav, Krishna Yadav file candidacy for NC Province 2 president

JANAPURDHAM: Ram Saroj Yadav and Krishna Yadav have filed their candidacies for the post of Nepali Congress Province 2 president.

Ram Saroj Yadav, who had already worked as the minister for the Physical Infrastructure Development of Province 2, has declared him as an independent candidate. But he has the support of Bimalendra Nidhi and Shekhar Koirala.

Krishna Yadav, a permanent resident of Rautahat, has become the candidate from party President Sher Bahadur Deuba’s panel.

Home Minister Bal Krishna Khand has been in Janakpur since yesterday to help Yadav win the election.
