4 killed as jeep carrying wedding attendants meets with accident in Baitadi

BAITADI: Four persons died on the spot when a jeep carrying wedding attendants met with an accident at Kaluwamod near Gothalapani Bazaar in Baitadi on Sunday.

The identities of the deceased have not been ascertained yet.

Bodhraj Ojha, spokesperson at the District Police Office, Baitadi said the ill-fated four-wheeler (Ma 1 Ja 310) was heading towards Simayal of Dashrathchand Municipality-6 from Gothalapani when the incident occurred.

The details of the incident are yet to come, police said.
