One killed in Dang dozer accident

RUPANDEHI: A man died and another sustained injuries when an excavator turned turtle in Banglachuli Rural Municipality of Dang district on Thursday.

The deceased has been identified as driver Sunil Kumar (22) of Budhaura, Ghorahi-10, Rural Municipality Chairman Bhakta Bahadur Oli said. He said that Raj Kumar Chaudhary (23), helper of the excavator, of Gulariya Municipality-1, Bardiya was injured in the incident.

The incident occurred when the dozer (Ra 1 914) was clearing debris from the road that connects the view tower from Murkuti, Banglachuli at around 4 am today.
