President Bhandari receives Dashain tika, jamara

KATHMANDU: President Bidya Devi Bhandari received Dashain tika, jamara and blessings from her mother and guru at the auspicious hour, 10:02 am, at the Office of President in Sheetal Niwas, Kathmandu, on the occasion of Bijaya Dashami, on Friday.

President Bhandari received tika, jamara and blessings from her mother Mithila Pandey and Guru Khem Chandra Dhakal, Office of the President said.

Earlier this morning, President Bhandari wished happiness, peace and prosperity to all the Nepali sisters and brothers within the country and abroad on the occasion of Bada Dashain, Tihar, Nepal Sambat and Chhath.
