Theft-accused dies in police custody

KAILALI: A man died in police custody in Kailali.
The deceased has been identified as Dhan Bahadur Rana (35) of Janaki Rural Municipality-1.
He was arrested for his alleged involvement in stealing a buffalo.
DSP Pratik Bista, spokesperson at the District Police Office, Kailali, said that Rana was found hanging in the toilet.
Police said that they are looking into the case.
