NAC former chairman Ramagya Prasad Chaturvedi found dead

KATHMANDU: Former Chairman of Nepal Airlines Corporation Ramagya Prasad Chaturvedi was found dead on Thursday.

Police said that he died after allegedly falling off the fourth floor of an under construction building of Gautam Agrawal in Bulbule, Kathmandu at 9 am today.

Metropolitan Police Range, Kathmandu spokesperson SP Ramesh Kumar Basent said that he might have committed suicide.

“A screengrab from a CCTV camera shows that he intentionally jumped off the fourth floor of the building,” he said, adding,”Locals said that he deliberately jumped off the building.”

The body of Chaturvedi has been sent to the Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital (TUTH) for postmortem.

Police said that they are looking into the case.
