2 bills related to budget endorsed amid protest

KATHMANDU: The House of Representatives endorsed the Finance Bill and the Bill to Raise National Debt amid sloganeering from the main opposition CPN-UML lawmakers on Thursday.

Both the bills, which were tabled on September 20, endorsed with majority votes this afternoon.

Earlier, the House of Representatives had endorsed the Appropriation Bill. The bill has already been endorsed from the National Assembly today.

The House of Representatives has approved all the three bills related to the budget.
