Govt transfers 15 staffers including 12 CDOs

KATHMANDU: The Ministry of Home Affairs has transferred 15 government officials including 12 Chief District Officers (CDOs) on Wednesday.

A ministerial level meeting held today made the decision to this effect.

Joint Secretary at the Ministry Ghanshyam Upadhyay has been transferred as CDO of Lalitpur. He was working as the chief of the Internal Management Division of the Ministry.

Similarly, CDO of Gulmi Rudra Devi Sharma has been sent to Bhaktapur. Punya Bikram Paudel has been transferred to Gulmi, Shankar Aryal to Gorkha, Kashiraj Dahal to Morang.
CDO of Morang has been called back to the Ministry. Deepak Pahadi has been transferred to Ramechhap and Nuhari Khatiwada to Sankhuwasabha.
Likewise, Tek Narayan Paudel has been recalled to the Ministry. Tek Raj Niraula has been transferred to Dolakha and Basudev Ghimire has been called back to the Ministry.

Ashman Tamang has been transferred to Chitwan, Krishna Lamsal to Dhading, Birendra Yadav to Udayapur and Rishi Tiwari to Rupandehi.
