Kul Man Ghising assumes office as NEA MD (With Photos)

KATHMANDU: Kul Man Ghising, who has been appointed as the Managing Director of the Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) for the second time, has assumed the office on Wednesday.

He assumed the office after receiving the letter from the Ministry of Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation.

Ghising is credited for liberating the country from power outage problems.

He retired as Managing Director of NEA for the first time on September 14, 2020, completing his 4 year tenure.

Ghising was appointed to the top post of the NEA in 2016.
