Dissolved parliament reinstated: Decision by Supreme Court

KATHMANDU: The Constitutional bench has ruled in favor of petitioner Sher Bahadur Deuba in the writ petition against the dissolution of the House of Representatives.

At the commencement of the session, Chief Justice Cholendra Shamsher Jabara said that the order was issued in favor of the writ petition.
