Vaccine Supply to Nepal

Johnson and Johnson Vaccine sent by USA arrives in Nepal, handed over to Health Minister

KATHMANDU: The 1.5 million doses of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine provided by the United States as a grant to Nepal has arrived in Kathmandu today.


The US cargo aircraft carrying the vaccine landed at Tribhuvan Airport at 10 AM.

 

At a Press Conference held at the airport, US Ambassador Randy Berry handed over the vaccine to Health Minister Krishna Gopal Shrestha.
