KATHMANDU: The prohibitory orders have been relaxed to reduce the risk of coronavirus infection and the traffic congestion in the capital has also increased.

There are strict vehicle checks in Thankot, Sanga, Balaju Bypass, Balkhu and other areas entering Kathmandu.

A joint team of traffic police and Nepal Police has tightened the checkpoint. There is a rule that only those who come for urgent work with permission from the administration are allowed to enter Kathmandu.
