2,407 new infections and 3,994 recoveries reported on Sunday

KATHMANDU: In the last 24 hours 2,407 people have been infected with coronavirus in the country. 12,406 antigen and PCR samples were tested. An additional 46 people have died. 

1694 infections were confirmed from 7,517 PCR tests in laboratories across the country, and 4,889 antigen tests confirmed the infection in 713  people.

3,994 people have recovered. The recovery rate is 87.29%.  

The total number of infected has reached 628,942. A total of 8,412  people have lost their lives.
