Virtual Dialogue between Foreign Ministers of Nepal and Singapore: Singapore to provide additional health assistance
KATHMANDU: Foreign Minister Raghubir Mahaseth and his Singaporean counterpart Vivian Balkrishnan had a virtual dialogue on Thursday.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, a virtual dialogue was held on the exchange of bilateral assistance for the prevention of the COVID-19 pandemic. Foreign Minister Mahaseth thanked Singapore for its assistance.
In the dialogue, the Foreign Minister of Singapore Bal Krishnan inquired about the pandemic situation in Nepal and said that they were ready to help Nepal. He also congratulated Mahaseth on his appointment as Foreign Minister.
Singapore’s Temasek Foundation International provided the first batch of health aid to Nepal last year. The second batch will arrive soon, said Singapore’s foreign minister.
