3,749 new infections and 5,293 recoveries reported on Thursday

KATHMANDU: In the last 24 hours 3,749 people have been infected with coronavirus in the country. 15,238 antigen and PCR samples were tested. An additional 59 people have died. 

2,874 infections were confirmed from 9,901 PCR tests in laboratories across the country, and 5,337 antigen tests confirmed the infection in 875 people.

 5,293 people have recovered. The recovery rate is 85.69%.  

The total number of infected has reached 619,401. A total of 8,238 people have lost their lives.
