5,153 new infections and 6,570 recoveries reported on Tuesday

KATHMANDU: In the last 24 hours 5,153 people have been infected with coronavirus in the country. 17,676 antigen and PCR samples were tested. An additional 108 people have died. 

3,870 infections were confirmed from 12,065 PCR tests in laboratories across the country, and 5,611 antigen tests confirmed the infection in 1,283 people.

6,570  people have recovered. The recovery rate is 84.7%. The total number of infected has reached 6,11,308. A total of 8,098  people have lost their lives.
