6,951 new infections and 9,841 recoveries reported on Friday

KATHMANDU: In the last 24 hours, 6,951 people have been infected with coronavirus in the country. 20,110 antigen and PCR samples were tested. An additional 96 people have died. 

6,855 infections were confirmed from 20,992 PCR tests in laboratories across the country, and 797 antigen tests confirmed the infection in 96 people.

9,841 people have recovered. The recovery rate is 78.07%. 

The total number of infected has reached 549,111. A total of 7,047 people have lost their lives.

The number of actively infected has reached 113,394.
