TU requests to find alternative methods to conduct previously postponed examinations
KATHMANDU: Tribhuvan University has urged the concerned departments and campuses to make necessary arrangements to continue the ongoing classes, to conduct the remaining classes and to take the examinations that were postponed due to pandemic, through alternative means.
In a statement issued on Monday, Vice Chancellor Dharmakanta Baskota urged the students to contact their respective departments, campuses, schools and Dean’s office immediately.
He also expressed grief over the loss of lives of some students and teachers as a result of the second wave of COVID-19. He also urged the people to be safe by adopting health protocols.
Baskota said “I express my heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family and pay my heartfelt tribute to those who lost their lives. I also wish a speedy recovery to all those who are struggling with the pandemic and urge them to adopt the health standards and remain safe.”
