9,247 new infections and 5,767 recoveries reported on Monday

KATHMANDU: According to the Ministry of Health and Population, new infections have been confirmed in 9,247 people today. 9,198 infections were confirmed from 21,653 PCR tests in laboratories across the country, and 434 antigen tests confirmed the infection in 39 people.

In the last 24 hours, 5,767 people have recovered from the coronavirus in Nepal. 

Similarly, 214 additional people have died. The recovery rate from coronavirus infection in Nepal is 74.4%.
