KATHMANDU: The CPN-Prachanda-Madhav faction, which was agitating against the dissolution of the House of Representatives, has welcomed the Supreme Court’s decision to re-establish the parliament.

Leaders and cadres gathered at Shanti Batika in Kathmandu have participated in the victory celebration. The victory rally will reach Bhrikuti Mandap via Ratna Park, Jamal, Bagbazar Putalisadak and turn into an assembly. Top leaders are addressing the meeting.

 Supreme Court decision against House Dissolution on Tuesday has made the Prachanda-Madhav-affiliated CPN excited. The district and subordinate committees were instructed to hold a victory rally across the country this morning.
