Election Commission calls on parties to discuss Election Code of Conduct

KATHMANDU: The Election Commission has called on the political parties today to discuss the Code of Conduct for upcoming elections. The Commission has prepared a draft Code of Conduct targeting the elections scheduled for 29th April and 9th May. 

The parties have been called to discuss the draft Code of Conduct, according to the Commission Spokesperson Raj Kumar Shrestha. He said that the Commission has called the representatives of the federal parliament, state assemblies and political parties represented at the local level.
