Impact of CPN split: Swearing-in Ceremony boycotted by Vice President

KATHMANDU: Vice President Nanda Bahadur Pun has boycotted the swearing-in ceremony of the heads and members of the constitutional bodies.

The Vice President did not attend the swearing-in ceremony held at the Office of President, Shital Niwas this morning. The former Maoist was elected Vice President .A few days ago, talks were held between Pushpa Kamal Dahal (Prachanda) and Baburam Bhattarai at his residence.

Sources have said that the Vice President did not attend the swearing-in ceremony after consulting Prachanda.
